Police and Public Safety Notices

Any public safety notices issued by the police or any other community based organisations will be posted here for viewers to be able to check the latest local concerns.
Your local Safer Neighbourhood policing team is made up of Police Officers, Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) and Special Constables who work together to tackle crime and anti-social behaviour in the South Normanton and Pinxton area.
Our office at The Hub will sometimes be used to hold our Police Surgeries and Neighbourhood Panel Meetings, the dates of which can be found on the Derbyshire Constabulary website at: www.derbyshire.police.uk
These meetings will give the public an opportunity to discuss community concerns – such as anti-social behaviour, graffiti and vandalism – as well as allowing local residents to set the policing priorities for the neighbourhood.
We will also be able to arrange private meetings for residents who may wish to speak to us about any specific worries in the South Normanton and Pinxton area.
The dates for the following drop in centres at The Post Mill Centre are as follows:
- 8th August 2011 @ 17:00pm – 19:00pm
- 4th October 2011 @ 17:00pm – 19:00pm
- 6th December 2011 @ 17:00pm – 19:00pm
